I will be purchasing all other equipment from this company , I had a slight problem with my time clock and within minutes of submitting I received a phone call from support and walked me thru fixing this issue. I was shocked I was called back so quickly! You can’t find great service as this these days and I just wanted to personally thank you for helping me this morning!!!

I was pleased to buy a product made in the US
I was pleased to buy a product made in the US. My question (emailed) was answered promptly. It was a bit confusing when the diagrams in the manual for hookup did not match what was sent me. We are evaluating the product but do have some initial concerns – the cost of the adding machine tape ($50 for 12 rolls, single ply), the accuracy (we’re testing it against our existing clock.\), and whether some of our mentally challenged employees can handle the clock in/out.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the effectiveness of Trish’s call yesterday. She was persistent in finding the help that I needed. Although she tried everything she could on her part to find out what was wrong with my software, she was unable to, however, she did not stop there. She was able to connect me with the correct person to fix my rare issue and also stayed on the phone throughout the whole time with me. I truly appreciate people like her on the customer tech support side because it’s very difficult and frustrating when you make many phone calls and no one is able to get the help needed. You should consider Trish as a valuable employee (which I hope you already do) and please refer to her the greatest appreciation from my part.

I contacted Joe about the website not displaying the amount of clocks I needed and within a short period of time he had given me a call letting me the website has been updated. Everything was great. We received our time clock in a timely manner and in great condition. Quality all around, “everything was good”!
Everything was good, and what I expected, except the software. I couldn’t get the software to work, and when I called for support, they forwarded me to the manufacturer’s tech support, who found out that the wrong software was sent with the part. They were able to get me the correct software, but this seems like something that should be fixed going forward.

I had a few questions about the FR650. You handled them. I ordered and received the FR650 days ahead of my anticipated date. The product is excellent and performs exactly as described. We are very satisfied. I also called Lathem to ask a question. The customer service of Lathem and ETC was very good indeed.
